Anyone else also find it amusing that they seemingly misspelled their own laptop model's name? Traver instead of Tracer. Doesn't give one much hope.

Wow I was about to buy at $799. Knowing it was $799 and then they bumped it up to $849 now I pass on it. Shoot wish I jumped on it at $799. Oh well.

Exactly, CP has been around for a very long time, a friend of mine has their desktop from 3-4 years back and has not had an issue with it. CP is an everyday name in boutique desktop circles with other names being ibuypower, origin, digitalstorm etc. I have not had good experience with Dell and Acer as you have mentioned lol

Your answer explains the difference. Dell and Acer have tons of history you can research and form your own opinion because they have sold millions of units. CP laptops, not so much. I have had a few Acer units over the years, never any problems with any of them btw.
