If you don't have an active subscription you'll need to convert to GPU the 1st time via a 1 month GPU sub (can buy for around $7 on eBay).
However, the best deal for a new subscriber is still the 3 year Turkey VPN method. Google or search old GPU threads on SDs for info.
Personally waiting until BF, these 3mo subs are usually $7-8 (have been as low as $6). So this isn't the slickest deal..

Update: there support fixed it right away.
Man that conversion sucked. Had Xbox live ultimate that expired tomorrow. 12-month with current conversion rate has me expiring at 5/20/24. They better have access to great games! I lost near 5 months on a 12 month purchase!
