Wendy's can be one of the most satisfying meals you've had to absolutely horse crap depending on location. I have 2 locations within 2 miles of each other and they have the same menu but completely different food.

When you order online it is really a pre-sale/payment. While it may advise the build queues. The food order only commences when you verify you are there to pickup at the drove-thru or in-person.

Well, let's see if the app crashes like it did with the free bacon cheeseburger deal they had a few weeks ago. I believe Wendy's corp intentionally crashed it so they would not have to give out free food.

I had the same thought. Earlier in the day (pre-10pm), the free burger and purchased item could be added to the bag with no issue. Cut to a couple of hours later and the entire app froze up, just loading, loading, etc. Such a pain in the ass.

This is the best deal ever. I've been using it for over a year now with no problems. You also get 150 points on your first purchase and I used to get the 4 piece chicken nugget for free until they changed the points from 150 to 200. It's not worth paying $1 for 4 chicken nuggets when you can easily get 10 for $1. All of these other deals suck so I don't get the hype besides the free Crispy Chicken Sandwich with purchase. The only other deal that was great was the free Baconator with minimum purchase which is normally $7 sandwich where I live.

Can you just hand them the coupon at the window? I don't think there is a way to enter it into the mobile app.
I use the keychain all the time with app orders at pickup. I don't think there is a way to add it to the app order. Just ask for it when you pickup.
