Availability is first-come and limited to ~ 4,200 pizzas per day starting at 12:00 am ET daily through November 9.

Yeah just order (3) 2 liters for cash pickup at checkout it gives the Free Emergency Pizza banner to click.

Cancel Order or Don't pick it up and still get the free pizza for next day to use.

i opened the long url in an incognito browser and filled the form out and it said i was approved but i guess we'll see if the email actually arrives

i only see the application page when i use incognito mode in chrome. it is still letting me fill out the form and it says i am approved but i haven't received an email yet

No chance anymore; maybe on the first day, but now good luck even getting one. The site is botted/automated by a small group of users, the entire allotted stock is gone in seconds/minute tops.
