Mine just showed up today. Heads up to parents - this is a giant box and may be hard to hide for Xmas lol! Mines totally for me but I was surprised how big it is. Saving it for seasonal depression. Mid February this'll be a pick me up!

Probably automatic price adjusting, as soon as a set number of people buy it in a certain time period the price goes back up, and when no one buys it it goes back down again. Then Walmart simply auto-matches when Amazon is doing.

Great set. Bought it for my wife for christmas last year and she loved building it. It's now on a table near her desk, she swapped the autumn leaves on for the season. One of the only sets the kids aren't allowed to touch, the other two being the Friend sets.

I paid $175 back in Oct 2022 and at this price it's a no brainier. Great build for teens or adults, kids might get frustrated with some of the details and slight fragility.
