Very interesting alternative link. Seems to work to get the item, but then the usual claim banner on the standard homescreen (https://www.gog.com/) seems to mess up and be three-dots forever. May be an Edge issue, but checking in Firefox confirms receipt, as well as my game library/history within Edge.

Same issue with safari mobile. But clicking the alternative link triggered the confirmation email for me.

What is the "alternative link" - i get the 3 dot hourglass but cannot get the game for free (shows 19.99 in cart)

I had to use Firefox to get the free game added to my account.

When I tried with Chrome, the banner just displayed three dots forever and never proceeded to add the game.

So just try Firefox and you should be able to successfully claim the game.

i had to disable Privacy Badger to get it out of triple dot. it must be a tracker or something that's causing the chrome extension to block the claim link
