Check the power cord. Had a similar issue and replaced the power cord for 10 bucks and it works well.

This and also the connection inside the unit. My partycade Ms Pacman stopped working. I opened it, and reseated all the cables, and it has been working since.

they would lose money. The unit itself, the licensing, and the logistics to deliver... all those things cost money.
