You can do it though the chat function. I had the same issue and it worked when I just clicked on the chat bubble not through the price match link to chat.

They said no agents available and to try tomorrow. If the price is still up I'll do it. If not I'll cancel. I grabbed 3x 400 light strings so if I can't get the curtain I'll just manually zig zag my wall

This was a great price. The best I got them for was $135 for 600 I believe.
