What age can babies start using this? Mine is 4mo, can hold head up but not sit unassisted

Suggested age is 6 to 12 months. If the baby is very close to sitting up unassisted, you can prop them up in a seat with a towel around the middle, but realistically until the child can sit unassisted and reach the toys the value of the "activities" would be very limited. That said, if your baby is 4 months old and you can make this deal work, this is a very good price for a toy you're only going to be able to use for a few months anyway. IMO it would be worth it to get it and hold onto it until baby grows into it.

We loved loved loved this. It is an adorable and colorful jumper. Way better than anything else I've ever seen.

We are pretty particular. To the person who made the point about PT recommendations, just use this in moderation. It has its place. Don't abuse it leaving baby in it for extended times.

Why? Does it cause their legs to become bowed or something?

A few things, that's one of them. Some of the issues are related to hip development, the other issues are related to the baby developing the wrong muscles first without developing the needed muscles to better support standing and reinforce the joints.

My kids growing up using jumper. None of that happened. As long as it's not an excessive use like hours per day, kids will grow just fine.

Make sure there is not a recall. This looks just like the one from costco that got recalled for breaking. Lots of injury cases. I don't have a kid. Just an FYI.

Doctors don't recommend these. Children can develop poorly and these cause a lot of accidents, lots of kids getting hurt.
