Save on gas at 7eleven
There are three offers that combine to save on gas at 7eleven right now.
Requirements:
7eleven app
Cashapp account
Using the price lock requires paying at the pump with the app. It will ask the amount you want to prepay, with options up to $40, or full amount. If you want to get the max of $50, you need to have at least $175 in your Cashapp account because 7eleven will try preauthorizing that amount, and if less it will be declined (I learned the hard way). Then be patient while the pump activates -- it took a couple of minutes for me.
Also, the 7eleven app is agonizing slow for me. It opens to a blank white screen and sometimes takes about 2 minutes to load on my not-so-great phone.
Today I bought 14.6 gal of gas for 2.739 on the pump (locked price - 11¢/gal ) - $4 Cashapp savings = $2.465/gal while the avg. price in my area is $3.17.

- Install 7eleven app and register an account. Save 11¢/gal on your first 7 trips.
- Lock in the lowest price in your area on the app. Price locks are good for 4 days. For example, this weekend I locked in $2.849 for Regular from a station on the other side of town where I seldom go, and I was able to use that price at a closer station that has $2.959 posted.
- Use the 7eleven boost in Cashapp for an extra 10% discount. Max discount is $5 ($50 of gas).

In my 7-11 I think we automaticlaly get 8 cents or something like that off, when you enter your phone number it activates and updates the prices, but 11 cents is nice.
I wish you could link a credit card for this.
