G series does not have a stand - it must be wall mounted. B and C come with stands but may be wall mounted.
I'll put it like this:

B-Series - Person who wants "the best" but isn't going to fill up their HDMI slots as only two ports are 2.1, which only matters to console gamers at the time WITH the best consoles (Xbox Series X/PS5)

C- Series - Person who is afraid that one day even the new Nintendo console will use 2.1, and wishes to prepare themselves a bit deeper into the future.

G-Series - Person who wants "the best of the best" panel + ATSC 3.0 tuner, which can one day provide 4K content via antenna (which is so damn far away)...but my market is doing 1080p which is life changing for sports.

I would buy this 9/10 times if I were a regular person. I got an eye popping deal on a G2 in May at this size and I'm good for 5+ years, but I've been on the hunt for replacing my bedroom TV so around April to July I'm going to be stalking the price of the B3 in hopes it hits about 1k-1.2k so I can grab it

Note: all of this to type YES, this is the deal at this size as nobody is going to put out the C series this cheap for BF as they know folks are still buying it with marginal discounts
This is why we can't have nice things.

Don't buy LG OLED . 3 years in..already having issues with some power board crap. Clicking sounds when off and won't turn on at times. And no..it's not pixel refresher
You got bad luck... could be a refurbished or open box item

I bought it from costco 2 months back. Would costco be able to adjust the price?

Edit: looks like it's only within 30 days
You still have a 90-day return policy

I thought the B3 has all 2.1 whereas the B2 had only 2. The specificiations on the site says 2.1 for all ports.
If you look at HDMI port photos. The back 2 are HDMI 4k120 and the 2 side HDMI say nothing about 4k120.

that's how it is on my b2 as well, which i know only has 2 full-bandwidth ports.

Preferably also through Costco with 5 year warranty? Unless your route also includes 5 year warranty? Is that direct on the Samsung website? I've seen a bunch with Samsung EPP/EDU programs but I've never bought through that myself, so I'm pretty unfamiliar with it. I am a AAA member though.

Correct that's through the Samsung website. Also YMMV but many have had success speaking with their chat and asking for 2 years of Samsung care and an additional 10% discount.
While Costco offers additional coverage, you should know that it doesn't cover burn in. Best Buy is the only retailer I know that covers that through geek squad.

Sorry. You're right. It's the B7 that I have, with a replacement panel because the original had burn in after about a couple of years. So the panel is probably a "C2" maybe? The replacement was done in 2020.
I would assume the replacement panel is also a B7 unless they replaced the rest of the TV with it. There's some cross compatibility with C8/C9 gen panels and motherboards but I don't think that applies to any other year.

Edit: Actually it looks like B/C7 gen might support that too. So you might have a B/C9 panel, but definitely not B/C2 panel as that was released in 2022.

The LG 77B3 TV is a 2023 model, and it uses the Evo panel Gen 2 panel. Evo panel Gen 2 is the latest evolution of LG's OLED panel technology, and it offers a number of advantages over the previous generation, including:

Increased brightness: Evo panel Gen 2 is up to 30% brighter than the previous generation, which means that it can deliver even more stunning HDR images.
Improved color accuracy: Evo panel Gen 2 also offers improved color accuracy, which means that colors will appear more realistic and lifelike.
Reduced risk of burn-in: Evo panel Gen 2 is also less susceptible to burn-in, which is a potential problem with OLED TVs.
Where are you seeing that this has the Evo panel?

I don't think B3 is EVO panel. All pictures including the box only shows as regular OLED panel. EVO is only available on C/G series

I think it might be referring to Tom's Guide.
