Was looking to add these to 2 other TVs and there are alot of Open Box available at BEST BUY. I picked up 2 (1 Open Box Excellent and 1 Open Box Fair) for $150 total. The Fair did not come with a power cord for the subwoofer (which uses a common female 2 port plug) and neither had the soundbar AC adapters with barrel plug which is easy to find on Amazon/Walmart for $17-18.50 new.
You can probably insist they find whatever is missing for an Open Box excellent or request a possible price adjustment. But for the fair open box I just ate the 18.50 for a new AC Adapter. The remote if needed is $11 the excellent had one the fair did not but as I already had one it wasn't necessary.
All in all good performance and sound.
If don't mind Open Box check Best Buy
