PSA - Philips don't stand behind their products. Purchased brush heads from Costco, they vibrate off the toothbrush after less than a week. Contact Philips, and was told they don't honor their warranty even though it was purchased from authorized retailer. Done with Philips.
it was $17.04 on 10/29/2023, how is this even a deal? It sits at 19.96 regular price for over a year.
Costco should've taken it back, what did they say?

I have the 4000 series and my son has this one. Mine is definitely stronger, but his is adequate. I'd be happy to have this if I needed to replace mine.

If you have military commissary access these are $20 every time I've walked by. I just bought one since my higher end sonicare got grimey over the years. Feels just the same as one I paid $60 for several years ago, just a bit lighter which is a plus.

Be aware, USB powered charging base requires USB charger/AC adapter to plug into.

The 4100 has gone on sale at BB and other places SEVERAL times now for $30. Much better to pickup that for $10 more as it is much more powerful and doesn't need a USB brick to plug into.

You don't need more powerful... Most people have gingival recession from over brushing which non reversible unless you have a gingival graft (5k) at least. This brush is fine, you don't need 60k brush sweep per minute. Unless you have uncontrollable periodontal disease.

I had different experience and a good one. The Philips support was quite helpful. I had replaced the brush within warranty twice and they shipped it for free with an upgrade.

My wifes Sonic care is starting to wobble at the neck. 4th brush in 11 years. These things last about 3 years before you have to bin it. I moved off them 3 years ago and now she is done with them as well.
