Gpu length is 324mm (for those who are building in a smaller space.) How much more powerful would this be compared to a 6700xt? They're around $320 at MSRP.

Ok price but last gen card that came out end of 2020. Around or slightly under 3070 ti (what I have now) and would expect good 1080/1440 gaming.

Depending on the the resolution the performance gap varies.

1080p: roughly 12-15% faster than a 6700XT
1440p roughly 18-20% faster than a 6700XT
4k roughly 23-25% faster than a 6700XT

There is the XFX model for $380 off Amazon at the moment as well.. which means it would be around 18% more expensive than a $320 6700XT, so at 1440p that would make it similar value. However the 6700XT has gone down under $300 recently, and at $300 or less is still a significantly better price for the performance in my opinion.

Using Techpower up and Techspot (hardware unboxed website) the uplift is somewhere between 25% and 18%. Techspot number is the 1440p number.

Plus it has 16GB of VRAM vs 12gb for the 6700.

6700xt is a great card and exceptional for 1080P. If you want to do 1440p or higher, I think the 6800 is better suited for this long term.
