We have this. We rarely use the blender pitcher (we have a Vitamix blender), but we typically use the food processor a few times a week (though the more frequent use started in the last year and a half or two). We had this for a few years before we started frequently using it, but the seals on the lids for both pitchers have started to fail to fully seal (especially the food processor). This means that when we use it for anything with a lot of liquid (think roasted salsa, etc...), liquid seeps out the top, even with the lid on.
It is less of an issue on the actual blender pitcher, since we pretty much never fill it up enough for the contents to reach the lid while blending, but it has happened.
Definitely much better quality, much better warranty (and it's not just a crappy limited warranty, it's a full-on warranty that covers shipping both ways too), much smoother blends, and much better customer service.
If you don't want this model you can catch good sales on their other models throughout the year too. This does come with the steel tumblers which is kind of nice.

I don't know if Ninja just pays people to say great things about them or what. Just seems crazy. We have a lot of their products and most work fine, but we have had to use their warranty at least 4-5 times. Thankfully that part is simple, but quality of their products isn't great.
You get what you pay for... Ninja makes so much trash.
Most of their products rarely last more than a 2-3 years unless you rarely use it and/or baby it.
Cheap construction and plastic everywhere, including in the driveline for blenders, food processors and such.
Short 1-year warranties... for obvious reasons.
In the intermediate and longer-term, you rarely truly save by buying this brand over better quality products.
To each their own, I just worry about all the waste companies like this create for our ailing planet.
I used to have a Vitamix or some other "good brand" from Costco, could not remember clearly, and rarely used it. broke one month after its 5-year warranty.
I will try this with a 4-year extra warranty from Amazon. feels worth it.

I have had this for many years, got it for same price from Target. Never had a problem. We don't use it daily like some people, but a few times per week on average. Never had a problem.
Biggest issue imo is the blending quality goes down on the large container blender if the container is not full enough (basically if the material you are blending does not fully submerge the top blades), and I wish they would just let you use the normal style blades from the smoothie cups on the bigger pitcher if you wanted to.

This thing is unreal for the price! I make whey shakes so thick they are equivalent to a Wendy's frosty
Unflavored natural whey, cacao powder, some coconut oil or use fruit with the whey, all natural! Not like this 100% chemical laced whey that is pushed here on SD, stuff is like injecting yourself with poison!

I have multiple Ninja products and love them. I've owned each for a few years and have not needed to exercise warranty.
I do have a blender, not this one, and it does seem a bit louder than I remember (but that was also years ago). That's the only issue I've had with them. I use my coffee maker daily and it's great. Did a lot of research to find that model. Other manufacturers didn't produce the features I was looking for.
I will agree that in general things are terribly built these days but I have not had that frustration towards Ninja. Currently I'm having large issues with my brand new Apple iPhone (latest update riddled it with bugs), my <6 month old Dell laptop, and my Yale X Nest door lock (which is breaking in less than 5 years).

Bro... chill... I have the exact one with a few more blender cups. It is on its 6 or 7 years. I use it once or twice a week. I got some scratch on the button but it's still working.
