Don't buy from Zwilling.com unless you have hours and hours of time to waste. Their customer service is trained to be polite but effectiveness is worse than non-existent . Zwilling has zero respect for your time. Ordered > No email order acknowledgement received > weeks later still nothing > paypal sends me a refund due to order cancelled > called c.s multiple 1 hour holds with disconnect after an hour > The c.s. promised a replacement order which took her 45 minutes to process > But 24 hours later Zwilling had no record of the call or the order > > I When the promised email for the replacement order was not received requirung another call back even more time was consumed and still with no resolution > noticed that sales tax was overcharged at 12% but our tax is 8.5%.
