Last time this deal came around a couple months ago I got eight of them with no problem to effectively get $80 off my MacBook (Apple limits you to 8 cards). I was only able to order one with my red card and the other seven I swapped between my Discover and Chase card. Wait till you get the gift card before ordering another one.

FYI you can load the gift cards to your Apple account balance (which can go up to $2k) and then pay with your Apple account (Apple ID) when you check out. You have to make sure your Apple account is in your wallet app, otherwise it won't allow you to charge against it.

Can an Apple gift card be used to pay for monthly fees like iCloud and Apple TV+?

Edit: Stopped being lazy and searched my question - YES - this can be used to cover expenses like iCloud and a monthly Apple TV subscription, if you apply the gift card against your apple account balance and make sure your payment settings draw from that balance when available.
