You may be able to get it for $1 less if you do the hack with HomeDepot deal, however here you don't need to go to the store to do a return. I was able to get this from Amazon for just $95.64 including tax, so depending on your tax situation with HD in your state this may be a slightly better deal.
This drill is essentially the DCD800 (technical data are the same between the two) but with the hammer drill function added, and somewhat noisier.
