The death star has appeared on the product sign for the remaining Lodge pans in inventory now reduced to $16.97 in-warehouse only refer to pic as it is not sold on their website

A very good price IMO for a unique sized Lodge CI pan

Found it for the same price, all without handles though. Got the manager to knock it down to 13.

This is a great pan at a good price- I paid $20

This size is unique to Costco as most Lodge skillets are 8, 10.25 or 12 inches—- this is 11 inches

The missing "handle" the other poster writes about is a removable red silicone holder. The Costco pans are supposed to come with this, but people have been stealing them. It's still a great price even without the silicone holder - you just will need to use an oven mitt or towel as the cast iron handle will conduct heat when you cook

For care and use instructions - see the r/castiron subreddit - most importantly make sure the glue for the label is fully removed before cooking.

Guessing it was low stock and that store manager decided to discount it further, good find.
Nationwide it's discontinued so for most it will be 16.97 except for the lucky few stores that want that floor space for the new incoming product ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Your best bet is to call one of your warehouses and ask. They can check inventory of the warehouses nearby

1730822 is the item number at my Costco. Probably the same at yours. I bought a couple 11" Lodge CIs with handle covers yesterday for the same price.
