If you're displeased when they send you a pair of "new" sunglasses that have obviously been worn and returned (scuffed and sweat marks), they will withhold return shipping ($14) from your refund, even though they were able to ship to you for $5.99 (or FREE in my case). If you can beat their shipping cost privately, they'll also withhold the original actual shipping cost (the $5.99), even if it was "free." Their return fee is effectively $14 for a refund on a bait and switch product.
I can't comment on authenticity for sure, but I will say there is a noticeable difference in the finish qualify of my 10yr old Fives Squared (ordered from Oakley SI) and what I received from Joma. I've been to markets in China, and that's what these remind me of, regardless of their authenticity. Either the knockoffs are really good, or Oakley/Costa are now cheap junk.
I also previously purchased a watch that seems authentic, so maybe it's hit or miss with them.
