10" model only $10 less. I'm debating... seems like 10" would be plenty for what I need, slightly smaller, just a tad lighter, and I already have a bunch of 10" blades. Wish the price was a bit better. Seems like best all-time deals on the 10" (CM10GD) are right around $399.
Keep in mind 12in blades are more expensive while the 10's can be used in your table saw too.
Well that depends on your table saw. But don't forget 12" gives greater cutting capacity in 2 directions. For $10 I'd always go bigger, but people have different needs.
A 10" blade will not quite cut through a 4x4. A 12" blade will. If you need to cut thicker stock with any regularity and precision, the 12" is worth it
Bought this saw and I love it. Only con is the dusk collection but that can be improved with a shop vac attachment or people have made 3d printed attachments for ~$50.

I literally just cut a dozen 4x4's with a 10'' blade on my miter saw with no issues. You'll only have issues with 6x6 and up.
I had a bosch 10" slider and loved it. I went to the 12" articulated arm version for space savings (much less depth) and it was a great deal at the time. I like the 12" but REALLY wish they kept the handle design of the 10". Its usable but made for really big hands. For most normal hands (large glove size) i think the 10" handle is way better fitting with a better safety switch setup. I am happy with the 12" overall. Just wanted to share that observation. Yes dust collection is terrible. Makitas is better but not awesome for dust (my brotherhas their 12" and loves it). The only miter saw with decent out of the box dust management is Festool from what I understand but their cost is well out of my budget. I really liked the Makita too but the Bosch was $200 less when I bought it a year ago. This deal is even better.
