I love ThinkPads, and this is tempting. But, the lack of physical buttons on the trackpad is rough for me. I had one of those no button thinkpad models from 2014, and I just couldn't get used to it.

Lenovo put 2 usb4 ports but still does not believe in 32gb ram. Now i don't even want 32 anymore. Need 64/2TB.

This is my issue. I have a W530 that I will need to upgrade within another year or so. I need a track pad with discrete bottom buttons. I don't even know if anyone makes one anymore. I've seen some TPs with buttons on the top, but those only seem beneficial if you are using the stick.

I bought the 13" model when it was on sale for $530, the screen latency was distracting enough to return. Only other concern was the touchpad being small but on this 16" model it looks plenty big. FHD+ at this size might also be too low pixel density.

Exactly my issue, loved the form factor and battery life but the screen was horrendously slow. It made the otherwise pretty great trackpad feel sluggish and just couldn't get used to it.

I wonder if the Z16 screen is similar.
