This is annoying. It's 23" and too big for carry on. Post the outside dimensions. That's all that matters.

That depends on carrier and domestic vs international. Though it would be good to have this info up front.

FWIW, I have one that is 24 inches and it fits on Delta domestic no problem.

That size may fit on most Delta flights. But you run the risk of the off chance it doesn't or that the gate agent won't let you try. This is from deltas baggage page... "...may not exceed 22" x 14" x 9". The FAA mandates that all carry-on items fit under a seat or in an enclosed storage compartment"

I have one and have flown on all the major airlines and carried this on without a problem. They are a quality bag. Holds up well and can take a beating. Buy this at this price for a great bag with a great warranty.
