I initially thought the same, but as OP noted, the 35% off coupon only applies on the S&S option. Make sure you select that option.

You'll need to select S&S option, stay on that page, and scroll back up to item and check the 35% off coupon. Coupon doesn't show up until you've selected the S&S option.

Even after selecting S&S, the only option I'm seeing is 5% off 4 items. No coupon showing here

So I only got the $20 off $100 offer even with s/s. So I tried incognito mode: 35% was available, however then it forced me to sign in. As soon as I signed in, we were back to the $20 off $100. I signed out and the 35% was back. Then I clicked into all the 35% offers. Then when I signed in again, I received a message that stated "You have used this promotion the maximum number of times Terms" with a dropdown that stated, "3. Each voucher collected can only be used once." This is a disincentive to have Prime. If I can get better deals with multiple free accounts, why should I pay to use just one? I didn't feel like messing with it right now, but maybe next time.

I actually need some Desitin so I bought some off Ebay using Amex credit card merchant offer $5 off $15.

This has extremely harsh chrmicals. Choose a gentle plant based cream with zinc oxide for your babys tush, their skin is so delicate . It's 2023 the world has advanced, we shouldn't be using the same trash from our parents era

I've used this when my gootch starts to chafe, but I think aquaphor baby works better. (also pretty sure aquaphor for baby is just regular aquaphor.)

I would simply use coconut oil and skip weird, questionable, chemical-products like "Desitin." It's not like adding 30 ingredients somehow makes skin do things it naturally would never do.
