Pretty good stats that they offer up, but noticed they don't tout the brightness. Looked it up, and it's a bit low at 250nits. Same price from acer.

Have this monitor. It's plenty bright for me at 90% for gaming. I could maybe see if you were doing art in a bright room you might want more. The hdr is really good on this one btw.

I just bought this monitor. Max brightness enabled is great but unfortunately with HDR on the brightness isn't good.

Make sure you go into advanced hdr settings in windows display settings and turn that brightness all the way up. Right click desktop > display settings > HDR > advanced > slider at the bottom with a preview image.

This is an excellent all around monitor. I'm not a hard core gamer but it can certainly handle all the challenges my rtx3080 can throw at it

Glad you like it, but over the years I've decided I like 300 nits minimum with 400 nits or more preferable. Sure higher brightness is better in a bright room (so is light rejection), but higher brightness also makes the colors look better too. I think hdr standards start at 400 and end at 1000. I only know a little bit about that stuff though so take it with a grain of salt. I just noticed they weren't showing off that spec on their ad so I figured I would look it up. If it doesn't bother you then great!

Man what happened to getting a nice 1440p high refresh rate 27" monitor for $150 from a good brand? It's like everything when up by at least $50 in the last few years

If you have a Microcenter near, the Acer Nitro XV272U 27" is a far superior monitor for $30 more.
