dollar stores sell plenty of plastic measuring sets
i don't think i've ever specifically needed a metal set.

I have this set, and when whatever you are measuring is leveled off, the measurements are pretty precise.

What annoyed me with the beige plastic measuring spoons I've had is they'd get stained by spices like chili powder, and would have to soak them in bleach to remove the stains, just regular soaking and washing with soap wouldn't do it. First world problems I know lol. But that was the main reason I went with a set of stainless steel measuring spoons and cups.
