You should be able to enter the coupon before putting any information in - it let me, and showed the discount in my cart before checkout. I ordered one, I figure worst case I just have the hassle of filling a PayPal claim.

Yup, this seems to be the lowest price for the Bambino plus and the company seems legit though lots of complaints about the customer service - just like the last person, I figured it's just me filling out a PayPal claim if things go south - I bought one - thanks OP

They're totally legit. They used to be primarily a recipe site, but then used those to sell cooking equipment. They've even got a partnership with a popular CB site.

Max value is the Bambino Plus IMO (I was also cross-shopping the Barista Pro and the Bambino Plus), with a decent grinder. If you don't have a decent grinder and don't want to buy one now, I would go with the Pro.

I came very close to pulling trigger on a Pro before the Bambino line came out, and that messed up my math. Big Grin

I would also say that if having to hold onto the machine while you manipulate and make your espresso bothers you, due to how small and light it is, I would go for the much more substantial Pro.

I was contemplating the same - Bambino Plus vs the Barista Pro - especially with the deal a few days back at Bloomingdale's - the pro itself was 20% off and the chase card with an additional 20% (max 83$) plus tcb's 10% - if you do the math on the pro, it's about 175$ more than this deal with the Bambino plus and a decent grinder will cost about that much - there's a lot of coffee snobs who say the Bambino plus is better if you pair it with a very good grinder - and, just checking on those grinder prices - each is about 300$ - so, I decided to go with the pro just because it has a better grinder than the express and I don't think I'm going to get to the level of snobbiness for me to figure out the difference between a coffee grind from a sub 200$ grinder vs the high end one's for at least another 3 years

The Bambino Plus is exceptional. It has a new heating system which is a huge improvement over, switching between brewing and steaming modes in just a few seconds. That's a very big deal. The heating system is also used in the Barista Pro.

Of course, you need a separate grinder. A Sette 270 is much better than the grinder in the Barista Pro, which is why I think the Bambino route is much better. The grinder is ultra-important in making espresso. You could also choose the DF64 grinder, which is even better than the Sette.

That's just a Nespresso machine. An expensive one at that. The Bambino Plus with a Sette or a DF64 grinder will produce infinitely better espresso and cappuccino than any Nespresso.
