It looks like the u6k also has a downgraded processor (A73 96b DDR4 -> A53 48b DDR3) which I think might have an effect on how laggy Google TV is?
This would be a much easier decision if everything was better on the u6k

Ended up ordering the u6h through best buy with a price match. I figured there's not really an absolutely clear winner between the models and I'm upgrading from a 720p 32 inch so it's gonna be night and day difference regardless. Might as well pocket the extra $100.
