Is the extra $100 worth it over the u6h from here?

RTINGS makes them look very similar, and in some tests the u6h pulls ahead

So it looks like the contrast and the picture is a lot better on the u6k. But from the tests on RTINGS, it looks like the u6h has better blacks, better viewing angles, and better local dimming despite having less zones.

And after watching this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sl-qtXzV2v8
It looks like the u6k also has a downgraded processor (A73 96b DDR4 -> A53 48b DDR3) which I think might have an effect on how laggy Google TV is?

This would be a much easier decision if everything was better on the u6k

The U6H likely is the better TV overall. The zones do not properly dim on the U6K, it's been returned now but I was pretty surprised how poor the contrast looked after all the reviews. I have an older U6GR and it's a better at pretty much everything - brighter, better contrast, similar colors, etc.

Check out the Rtings local dimming tests and how washed out the U6K looks:

At least for me, there's store pick up within 10 miles.

Ended up ordering the u6h through best buy with a price match. I figured there's not really an absolutely clear winner between the models and I'm upgrading from a 720p 32 inch so it's gonna be night and day difference regardless. Might as well pocket the extra $100.
