This is Used: Like New. Roborock's service and warranty policy appears to indicate that new products have a 1 year limited warranty and certified refurbished have a 6 month limited warranty. Used products don't appear to have any warranty whatsoever, so while this is a great price it's a huge risk.

Amazon app on my phone said new. Laptop browser said used like new. Free returns so we'll see what is received. If it's new it's a great deal I think.

i bought a "like new" s8 a few weeks ago. everything looked new but i could see through the app it has been through 168 cleaning cycles. worked like new but i returned it.

I also bought a "like new, used once" dyson v15s for $750 on amazon. it arrived beat up, scratched. also returned.

Mine will arrive tomorrow. Odd it's coming from Roborock directly. Not sure why they would sell used without being refurbished since they also refurbish them. Only bought since it said free returns and it wasn't clear from the app if it was new or not. We will see how it looks. Hoping to retire my old s5max.

Mine arrived DOA lol, wouldn't turn on at all or charge

Came in a refurbished box. Everything looked new at least.

EDIT:

So mine did come DOA. I had to research online how to do a hard reset and there was a trick where you put it on the dock and as soon as the lights are blinking you have to press the reset button and hold it.

I was able to get it to factory reset and start charging. Fully charged. Looks brand new, came in a refurbished unit box. Says 0 cleaning cycles but not sure if Roborock resets that when they refurbish units.

Haven't tried it yet but I have a feeling for $560 this is going to be a good buy if it lasts.

My brother's worked perfectly and was basically brand new as well. So maybe these are brand new units that were returned with maybe a firmware problem like mine had. No idea.
