How many chargers do you really need? 2? I rather have batteries then chargers or leave out chargers for extra savings. I don't need a charger for each battery I own.

$10/ah not bad! There is another option which is

https://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGI.../320163469 , can choose 8ah EXP battery, still $10/ah but with a charger.

I'm not the one who did the test. In short, each battery was put under the same load. The max outputs did last longer. It's the first video on YouTube when you search "ridgid battery test". Not sure why you thought I just made up this info for fun. It's a 5 minute watch and goes into the details that I'm certainly not going to fully type out here.

Nice deal, but seeing kits like these makes me appreciate Ryobi more for having the decency to include chargers in their equivalent ones.

$10/ah is the buy point for non-MO batteries. $10/ah for MO batteries is a great deal.

Seems like that's the way to go, since most starter kits come with 2.0 and/or 4.0 batteries.

To note, these are also the "max output" versions. I recently watched a test video of all the ridgid batteries and the max output batteries lasted around 30 minutes longer than their non max output counterparts.
Don't forget military discount if applicable for 10% off.

This is the opt to go especially with the hack which comes out to $8.50/ah.

The 30 minute claim seems inaccurate, do you have more details to back that test?

Was it YouTube channel Tools Tested?

I'm not seeing 30 minutes difference anywhere, maybe the video looked like a sped up loop to you. It's seconds and minutes differences. Image of runtime from that video for the accurate info.

Edit: image links keep getting messed up somehow sorry guys- accurate graph is 2:50 mark of video.

All people interested don't have Ridgid. Your bird brain seemingly can't comprehend
