This seems nuts to me.

Folks want to buy 85" televisions and then complain that the (almost universally not-very-good regardless of brand) speakers inside the television won't do Atmos.

Shoot, even if the set did pass Atmos to the internal speakers, it wouldn't sound anything close to Atmos.

But, like almost all sets these days, it passes Atmos through eARC, so your separate audio system (that almost anyone almost always makes sure accompanies any $1000ish set) can play Atmos just fine...

It's an 86 inch TV. Most people would kill for this.

I am intrigued. Anyone have gaming experience with this and can comment on any input latency?

No personal experience but per Rtings it's 9.8ms @ 4k 60Hz (9.6 @ 1080p 60hz)

Sadly they don't have the latency at 120hz listed since only this 86 inch model has 120hz. I'd imagine it's even lower in 120 though and it's nice the tv has VRR and ALLM. Not bad for gaming.

Costco is charging $30 for "delivery & set up". Do you think they'll mount it for that price?

Basic Setup includes:
Packaging removal.
TV is attached to the base provided, then connected to power and one video source.
Basic Setup does NOT include: wall mounting, connection to a home theater, or concealing of wiring.

Might be a dumb question and I know the spec sheet doesn't have Atmos but what If I use atmos enabled soundbar would the eArc on this help with it?

Consider the recommended distance from their seats.

my dad bought one for himself, and it's pretty huge. two considerations would be:

1) make sure you have the space for it, since it take up a lot of space. consider any additional space for any sound systems, furniture, etc.
2) make sure the viewing distance isn't too close, as it can be dizzying
