Are there any notable differences between this card and this one (outside the lack of a V90 symbol on the card)? https://www.westerndigital.com/pr...032G-GN4IN

This is a v30 card since minimum writing speed is 30mb/s

Really good deal! Also $10 cheaper than the Lexar 128GB V90 Cards. Just ordered!

Just that the one you linked to is in the same line of cards just the 32GB version.

Both have the V90 rating, and are both the same series of cards. But you linked to the 32GB version.

Gotcha! I was concerned about whether or not the cards were both V90 since the card currently on sale didn't specify that it was on the packaging so thank you for putting that concern to rest

Ah, my mistake. I thought you were (mistakenly) saying the one YOU linked to didn't specify v90.

I only just noticed the card the OP listed did not specify v90. It may not actually be one. The v rating guarantees a minimum guaranteed sustained speed, and I don't see anything in the listing that indicates it is indeed a V90 despite how the OP has it listed here.

No worries! And my sentiments exactly. All the other specifications between the cards (read/write speeds, speed class, etc) appear to be identical, although as you saw yourself, no mention of V90 in any part of the specifications or data sheet. I suppose I'll email support directly to ask them for confirmation

Why is the regular price of the V90 card linked here $129 for 128GB whereas the one OP linked is $180 for what we think is a v30 card

Pretty confusing. I would assume a V90 card would cost more.

Thanks! What does this mean for the end user? How does region locking impact its usage? (I tried googling but didn't lead me anywhere).

Be aware! This WD card is a V30 card cuz its sustained write is 30Mb/s. You have to download the card spec pdf. The 30Mb/s is in there. Very misleading webpage marketing.

btw, V90 sustained write must be 90Mb/s or more.

This is a good card for a V90 UHS-II card. Fast card that can do 8k video and high speed photo are not cheap…

I am specifically looking for a v90 card and this deal says v90 in the title. Once you click to WD website, this is not a v90 card... beware!

Is this a good deal for $109.99 for v90?
