These wagos are the 221-412 which only allows for 24-12 gauge wire if anyone cares about that. While the newer version is 221-612 which allows for 20-10 gauge. All in all this deal is a good deal as a 100 pack is usually around $40.

The company we work for switched to these for wiring office furniture panels and the failure rate dropped to near zero in a production line environment.

Never knew these existed until about a year ago when I ordered a light fixture that came with these instead of traditional wire nuts. These were a game changer, so simple and easy to use. If I could never use a wire nut again, I'd be fine with these Wagos just like I'd be fine with removing the world of all Phillips and flathead screws and replacing them with Torx.

I would cut this person out of your life. Their warped sense of reality can only lead to trouble 😂

I guess if you are a pro and your wire nut game is on point they can be comparable, but like half the time I wire a wire nut (especially stranded) it comes apart when pulling on it.

They might be referring to the older version where you just push the wire in and would have to twist them side to side to remove a wire. Or the cheesy gray plastic ones with sharp orange tabs that would sometimes show up in light fixtures.

These clear Wagos with the orange tabs are boss. Easy to use and secure, we'd always get excited when these show up at the job site.

I can remove or add to a live circuit far easier than carefully undoing a wire nut as well (NOT WIRING ADVICE GUYS! Turn it off if you can!)

I used them on 18 gauge doorbell wire...works great. Also works great on stranded cable too since it's annoying to connect stranded to solid conductors when using wire nuts.

i absolutely love using these, but a 100 pack of 2 wires wouldn't be what I was looking for. If this was for 3 wire connections, I would be all over it, but i will never use 100 2 wire connectors.

I use deck screws for many things because Torx is so much easier to work with.
