I have made many "new" Chewy accounts in the past and never had a problem. I'm guessing using the same shipping address flagged it, but not sure. I used new email and new phone number and it created the new account and let me checkout with the 50 percent off, then after placing the order get the email saying it won't ship.

The items that are eligible for this are all junk that will cost you more distress than what you are saving. I tried it last time with the IAMS proactive minichunks and will never buy IAMS again after it caused my dog to have bloody diarrhea and lethargy. They still sell this contaminated food even though there have been several complaints about it recently.

American Journey Landmark Chicken & Vegetables Recipe in Broth Grain-Free Canned Cat Food, 3-oz, case of 12

Other american journey is included, but these were cheapest at ~53 cents/3 oz after 40% off (except maybe if you get the 12 oz cans, but my cats will not eat those).

Too many autoship orders using the same shipping address will get your shipping address flagged. I found this out. They won't ship to my address anymore unless I pay full price
