I don't understand if Amazon employees don't check at all before shipping?
Sooner or later, all the credibility accumulated previously will be lost.
Amazon is very weird now. After returning some purchases, I didn't receive the refund for a long time. I called to ask and was told that it would take 30 days.
I wonder how many people will remember to check after 30 days.

The refurbished/returned items I encountered were all sold/shipped by Amazon where were listed as new.
And now Amazon's customer service is extremely bad.
They cut off the phone during the call and leave online chat without notifying.
