Warranty says 1 Yr . The Box was, Yes, a plain Brown box that had "glued" tabs , extremely glued TBH, almost irritating to cut & chop away at it, but I suppose was given confidence the item was chillin' inside … just had to work for it. Inside all items had precut / prefit spots. NONE OF MINE had ANY BLEMISHES ANYWHERE. all pieces, including blower has the clear bags decoratively covering them and cord was wrapped with a tie back. There were (5) accessories in the box, a manual and a warranty disclosure. NOTHING says REFURB ANYWHERE ON THE PHYSICAL PRODUCT . there is a sticker on the cord of the blower with your serial number. You also receive courtesy emails from Dyson authorizing your Warranty. That's pretty much the gist of it. Again, my experience buying a refurb shipped from DYSON. if you're in the mood to read, here is the warranty page that was in the box.
This Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer has been refurbished. Dyson has cleaned it, replaced any necessary parts and then tested it thoroughly. In short, it's everything a Dyson hair Dryer should be. Controlled by a microprocessor and powered by the Dyson digital motor V9, it helps prevent extreme heat damage to protect natural shine.
Starting the day you bought it, this supersonic hair dryer come with a one year limited warranty against original defects in materials and workmanship. It covers private household use in accordance with the owners manual.
