    You don't need to be a member to walk into Costco for the pharmacy, where they sell the generic for only $0.99 behind the counter. Or Target for $2.79

    Actually, for over the counter pills you DO need a membership now. Only prescription pills are for non-members. You can get a prescription for Imodium and use that, but this is still applicable.
