I bought the S7 Max a few months ago (I had posted the Target promo)

I have to say I love it! I set it up to vacuum everyday and mop 2x a week. I can honestly say my floors have never looked cleaner. My cat is rather fluffy and is always shedding, this was an amazing investment.

I will point out that you can set up the mop with just basic tap water, but it is recommended you use the recommended cleaner which is about half a cap per container, which will last about 2 weeks. The vacuum also uses a bag in the dock which I didn't see mentioned on the main page. Either way I love the purchase.

I bought Revo Q but i was suggested not to use water on hardwood floor. Please suggest can i use cleaner in water tank not water for mopping or please suggest how do you guys mop hardwood floor using roborock

suggested where/by whom? If you can't use mop function on hardwood floor then that limits it a lot I would guess ..?

For the same price I would go with MaxV. You'll notice it has a flash light video camera at night time. The Max version is s till very good though. The video portion isn't a huge deal. Roborock probably has ceased updating its firmware anyway.

I have had about 5,6 of these types of cleaning bots since early 2000. The problem is… they don't last more than their warranty periods. They are more vulnerable if you have family members with long hairs.

I've had the same Roborock S5 for 4 1/2 years. Still runs like a champ, but the battery is starting to show its age. The only reason I'm looking around is I think the mopping functions have gotten so much better in the last few years.

these you have to buy bags for the bin which is an added cost and bad design. Shark has a way better bagless design and is more consumer friendly
