This appears to be a DIFFERENT offer than a
similar FP Deal last month which was valid for first-time orders only. This deal uses the same code FRESH50 but goes through November 30 and is good for repeat customers (if invited). Also, there is a lower threshold for free shipping ($100+ w/Prime instead of $150+).
I was NOT invited but stumbled across this page and it worked for me; I have used Amazon Fresh many times in the past. Invitation-only / YMMV.

Maybe so, but that last deal did say it was restricted to first-time Amazon Fresh customers. This doesn't have that language.

I took it as 2 different things.
1) If your account is qualified, you will get the $50 off $100 Amazon Fresh order.
2) If you are first time Amazon Fresh user, you will also get free shipping with minimal order requirement.
Last month when I ordered from Amazon Fresh, I got $50 off $100 but not free shipping when I tried a mock order to see if the code worked for me. I think it was because the free shipping requirement was $150 back then when the code started working. Then some time later, Amazon reduced to free shipping requirement amount to $100 (before coupons).
Please note, I am not trying to thread crap here. It is still good heads up to people who haven't used the code already.
Just tried the deal as a prime amazon user (haven't used Fresh before). The deal works, I ordered:
