RP-1200SW [klipsch.com] is $649
RP-1400SW [klipsch.com] is $899
RP-1600SW []https] is $1169

This subwoofer has good reviews, and is highly competitive at this price. This is the lowest I have seen this subwoofer go in price since it has been released.

Also available at Amazon, ABT, Crutchfield, Adorama, B&H, etc.

Macy's carries these subwoofers (via third party World Wide Stereo), and purchases may qualify for 11% cash back at a popular site. Can anyone confirm?

How does this 14" compare to the older SPL-150.

I've been waiting on a deal for a new sub.

This is the same price range ish as the Monoprice Monolith 15" 3 port sub... Any thoughts on which route to go? I current have the older 15" Klipsch subwoofer, and the rest of my 7 speakers are from the Klipsch Reference Premiere line. There's also the SCS ported sub to consider. With the holidays and sales coming up these will likely all get around the same price.

I have an 18'4" x 18'6" cinema room with 9' ceilings.

After my recent (and ongoing) experience dealing with the Monoprice RMA process for my M12 v2, I would pick the RP-1600SW if the choice were between it and the M15. If you're dead set on going the Monolith route, I would recommend the Monolith 13 if it is still on sale at ~1200 when it comes back in stock. But again, my opinion of Monoprice has soured when it comes to their subwoofer RMA process.

Here is a review if you're interested.

I almost posted this deal a while back but it should become a fairly regular price based on the way klipsch normally runs. It's still a lot of sub for the money for the 1600. I think the smaller ones have more competition. After trying to talk myself out of it for a while, I decided to jump on it. I debated spending more and getting one of the Power Sound Audio subs but the one I want from them is another $600 more.

Yeah, I held off on posting it for a while (the deal has been live since Monday), but after thinking about it and realizing the deal hadn't been posted yet, I figured I'd post it. All three of these are honestly well priced for this deal. They're competitive performance wise, and they also have a warranty that is as good as any in the industry. I would pick one up (or two tbh) if I could justify it right now. I just don't need any subs at the moment.

That's actually why I decided to go for it, I know they'll have more deals and nothing will change with it. I'll be picking up a second sometime next year.

Forgot to mention. Macy's has the 16" and right now they have 11% cash back at a popular cash back website. Not sure if it's worth it for you, but thought I'd let you know.

I'd put that in the OP. Useful info!

I added it. I just noticed that the Klipsch products are actually sold by World Wide Stereo, so I'm not positive if it qualifies for the cash back, but I don't see third party sales listed in the exclusions.

Ugh... Klipsch and their subs. I have a bunch of Klipsch speakers including heritage line and a full surround system.

The subs amp/ cross over ughhh. Common issue just an FYI to read up on. Possibly smarter going svs or another brand in sub.

Perhaps they have corrected the issue but tons of them dead.

This was a big concern when these subs were released but they're a complete top to bottom redesign with new amps and longer warranty. Klipsch wants to get back into the game with these. Obviously only time will tell if they succeeded.

Now for the 504c ii to go on sale. I've picked up the 600m ii, 8000f ii, and this 12". It seems like they've had a different deal each week.
