Shows RX 5600 in title on product page, but if you look at the specs, and consider the fact that ASRock doesn't make a non "XT" version of this card, it's most likely an RX 5600 XT.
Also, I was able to get a 20% off coupon (max $20 off) buying this GPU through the Newegg Tik Tok shop (can only get discount looking it up through the Tik Tok phone app) and buying it through there. If you can't replicate the Tik Tok deal then even at $110 it's a deal worth sharing

Agreed this card is not going to give you high frame rates at 4K by any means but for a budget 1080p gaming system you're not going to find a better card at a better price right now
also the driver's on this card have improved and there's been some bios unlocks that also improved the performance.
i wouldn't say this card is under a 2060 it is more like AMDs version of the 2060 but at less than half the current price of a 2060
