With so many Colgate DQs and some items qualifying for multiple Dqs, the only way to guarantee all DQs will come off is to have Renewal done first and totalled unless you like to play roulette at CVS.
The 5/30 is a CRT that some folks get weekly usually buut can come every other week also IME. I also get 3/18 CRTs for Colgate on some cards too.

Same here. Only I got it last week and used it yesterday and transaction was voided, but nothing printed on today's receipt.
Since I don't get any extending crts except some weeklies when I want just to extend the weeklies I usually use "prompt" option, so let the crts print, just not scan the card at the red machine until Saturday

If you purchase at least $36 worth of Colgate, you can use both. Just know that the $3/$18 doesn't attach to the Colgate Plaque for some reason.

I figure out Colgate only by Monday evening and meantime all Sunday and Monday it is being wiped out and truck is on Tuesday
I already used 5dq for Plaque (and store was out anyway), so without it I decided to use just one 5/30 crts, not both of them. And store was out of Colgate Renewal 10.99 and only had one cheap Stain Fighter.
So, this is what I did
Colgate OW Pro Renewal 15.49 . Hit Total. - 3 dq
Colgate OW Stain Fighter 4.69 . Hit Total. - 4/2 dq (I was careful to clip it before 2.50 dq)
2 Colgate kids 2in1 watermelon burst 4.99. Total - 2.50 dq (toothpaste) - 1.50 dq (kids toothpaste)
-5/30 crt. Paid 14.16 Got 15 ecb.

And since I clipped the dqs in the order listed, it probably would have worked with a single Total at the end, but why risk it.

And then on Thursday after next week's ad would be up and $/$$ e-mailed I'll decide whether to use the second 5/30 this week or hold it for next week. If 5 dq for Plaque would come back later this week I might get it and 3 ow tb/mw with 2.50 dq tb/mw and 0.50 dq tb and some excess over $30 would count for $/$$ if it comes on Thursday.

By the way, next week 5/2 Colgate dq would be coming and also 3/1 Maybelline dq. They are displayed now when looking for items without signing in.

Sure. Renewal is the highest value item in the transaction and $4/2 is the highest value coupon so the $4/2 will attach to Renewal unless you scan Renewal first and hit total. Then the $3 comes off. To get more technical, the $3 dq is for specific OW's while the $4/2 and $2.50/1 are for all Optic Whites. If the $4/2 attaches to the Renewal, the $3 dq has nothing to attach to.

One more thing. Renewal doesn't have to be scanned first. If you're getting two Stains and a Renewal, you can scan the two Stains first, hit total, and then scan Renewal. It's the easiest to scan Renewal first so that's what I would do. Also, you need to follow all of the steps in order for the x/xx to come off. The cashier can make the x/xx come off by entering a sequence # but she really has to know what she's doing. It's best to follow all of the steps and then everything will work perfectly. If you screw up, have the cashier start the transaction all over again.

Thank you so much for all the help!! I did the deal earlier at SCO and worked flawlessly. I don't have a favorite store or cashier, so I just felt weird asking them to hit "total" after the Renewal. Either they would have looked at me crazy or thought nothing of it, who knows! Just easier for me to do it myself. LOL! But thanks again for explaining everything so well!

Got 40% in the e-mail, exp tomorrow. But read that online % coupons now take off after ecbs. And since my mental exchange rate of ecb to gift card is 2:1 looks like I would have to let it go unused.

A lot of the colgate q's just disappeared from my account as I was about to clip them. Check before you head to store. Clipped ones still there so far.
