Walmart has multiple Hart tool bundles on sale for $99. These bundles allow you to cancel the 2 battery and charger kit after checkout, leaving you with a highly discounted tool only.

Steps are :
Choose your bundle
Check out and pay
Go to my account in Walmart app
Select Purchase History
Select View Details of your order
Choose cancel items
Cancel out battery bundle

This has worked for all $99 bundles I have tried. The tool won't let you cancel so if you change mind it needs to ship then you return it. Does not work with $129 tool bundles.

If you choose to return it to the store, be sure to check the the number of days you have to return the product. I bought several Hart tools all together last year, and one of the items had a 30-day return instead of Walmarts 90-day return because it was being sold through a third party merchant, AKA Hart. Who would have guessed the manufacturer would have a shorter return period then the store. The 800 number I had to call in order to try and return it was absolutely terrible as well. The worst part about it was is that the vacuum was the last thing I returned after returning two battery packs that I could have kept for the vacuum. So, I'm still stuck with the portable vacuum that ended up being too small for what I needed and waiting for the batteries to go back or close to the price I bought them at last year so I can at least give it as a gift.

I don't understand how you can cancel the battery pack at check out. I tried and do not see any option like that.

You can't. Reread the instructions. You pay for everything. Then go into your orders in your account and cancel the batteries.

Lol. Unlike HD I can confirm Walmart will scorch earth accounts that have a history of abnormal cancellations and returns. So.... Have fun

I can confirm this, given personal experience. Walmart suspended my account over "suspicious activity" when merely trying to purchase school supplies on sale. Took over an hour on the phone with multiple customer service reps to get the suspension lifted. Totally ridiculous experience.

Not sure if i understand this hack correctly. So if I do this and it is successful, i end up with tool only with no batteries fpr 30 bucks? That sounds like a good price but only if I already had Hart batteries that work with it but If I didn't have extra batteries that fit this tool, I'd need to buy batteries and a charger if I wanted to match everything that comes in the bundle. The 2 pack batteries with charger alone is 130. So tool after the hack is 30 and then If I need to buy the batteries & charger atr 130, so in the end when its all aid and done, II wind up paying 160 for the same things thats in the bundle for 100 dollars. hmmm. Maybe I understanding this incorrectly. I did just smoke a fat doob so thats a good possibility because the way I understand this right now is Id end up paying more money after the hack, than if i just bought the bundle and kept the batteries. Sooo,,, am I just high out of my gourd, or is my math correct?
