Agreed, I love my XM4's. Earbuds have no right to sound this good or have this much bass.

There was that. Not sure how the engineers and software guys somehow missed that overcharging the thing wouldn't mess stuff up.

Agreed best sounding buds on market but this issue cropped up just out of my warranty period and Sony refused to admit guilt and do anything to replace the batteries. Permanently ruined sony headphones for me.

My WF-1000XM3 ear buds are still working great. If you want to up the comfort and willing to splurge, look into comply foam ear bud sleeves.

Got these then returned them. They are more comfy than xm4 but no where near the seal or the quality. Also hella annoying you can't get to "off" setting from earbuds. It's only AnC or ambient noise

Also annoying as FFFFF to remove from the case
