The Flyknit racer looks cool but I ran a few 5Ks and a half marathon in them and it was pure pain. I had to size down (9.5 to 8.5) to get the shoes to fit and they have no energy absorption. Every simple step goes straight to your knees. I thought these had a long break in period but after 2 years of ownership they do not feel good

Flyknits are definitely not a suitable running shoe despite them being listed as such on the Nike Website. You're better off the a pegasus or zoom fly.

As mentioned, flyknits fit weird and are a lifestyle shoe, has almost a soccer tongue, Waffle one SE fits tight also even with loosening the laces, in for a pair of Winflo 8's reviews say they're super comfy. Wish I could still get another pair of React infinity 2's they were the most comfy pair ever.
