Not every dGPU has to be for gaming primarily. It has a display with 100% DCI-P3 which means it's also adequate for photo and video editing, for which a dGPU is also needed and 100W would suffice absolutely fine for that with also allowing you to game within it's provided limits.
This is a portable laptop for content creation and/or gaming on the go.
