It's an underpowered projector (from previous discussions, it's this that sold for $80: https://www.amazon.com/AZEUS-Projector-1920x1080-Compatible-Portable/dp/B07Y2RCVBM [amazon.com], together with a cheapo controller and a particle board stand.
It's probably not a terrible deal at this price, but whatever ridiculous MSRP they have listed should just be laughed at.
