Decided to give this bike a go since I'm not really looking for anything super amazing, just a bike to ride around town. After tax it came to $379 for me personally.

Hopefully you can do a chargeback and make them eat the loss since they refuse to help you fix their broken bikes.
Assembled the bike slowly, definently not a high end bike by any means but for the price of ~$270 I'm happy with it. Battery came nearly fully charged. I set the Pedal Assist to level 5 and it took off well. Speedometer read ~21mph just with it freewheeling. Was too dark to test it out by the time I was done putting it together will try to give it a test ride tonight.
Are the disc brakes on yours very loud? I've heard others have had this problem . When applying the brakes it was loud screech
They shipped me the bike without battery. Waited a whole month to get a replacement battery. It arrives totally dead and won't charge.
The battery is dated 2021.

I've not read this issue on other threads about this bike. Hope they get it resolved for you. My wife hasnt used hers due weather so hope she doesnt have this also. Frustrating I'm sure.
