Both of these are the 'old' versions, but they're coming with enough dividers for all drawers now (I think for a while they'd only ever included enough dividers for one drawer).

The new 3 drawer has two narrower and one tall drawer.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

Note that their drawers are not water proof like their other PACKOUT products are. (No rubber seals like Dewalt's and no flip up cover like other companies)

This is the only (legit) gripe I've heard about the PACKOUT line. But there's a bunch of DIY tips available to help with that. Most requiring silicone and making your own seals, which you will eventually have to replace after so much use.

Yeah my bad, I meant would folks prefer the new 3 drawer or the older one. Not sure if I should just get both or if the newer one is more useful

I mean, the drawers sag and rub when you put too much weight in them, too.. but that's a hard problem to solve without either blowing up either weight constraints or the price for consumers.

I have a set of these drawers, and they're great for most of my spare moto parts.

I suggest you order a Wall Mounting kit https://www.acmetools.com/milwauk...24150.html
OR the kit with the dolly so you can roll it around: https://www.acmetools.com/milwauk...02507.html

I hate that they charge ~$100 for that dolly. Should be more like $50, or $75 tops.

Should be $25. That dolly is not useful for anything else beside Packout. I use the rolling tool chest one as base for my 2, 3, and new 3 drawers setup

Too bad Acme stopped the second stackable promo… and the sweet random CB on top.
still waiting on my 2&3 drawers with dolly to ship though, but ~200$ is well worth the back order wait 😉
