Note that their drawers are not water proof like their other PACKOUT products are. (No rubber seals like Dewalt's and no flip up cover like other companies)

This is the only (legit) gripe I've heard about the PACKOUT line. But there's a bunch of DIY tips available to help with that. Most requiring silicone and making your own seals, which you will eventually have to replace after so much use.

Both of these are the 'old' versions, but they're coming with enough dividers for all drawers now (I think for a while they'd only ever included enough dividers for one drawer).

The new 3 drawer has two narrower and one tall drawer.

Did you bother trying to contact them? They immediately sent a replacement unit for the one bad packout unit I received & sent a shipping label to return the defective one.. no hassle, unless they try to claim they didn't receive the bad unit back and try to charge me for it.
Yes, I did. No response yet.

Read the reviews. If you have never had to contact their customer service, you're not seeing the whole picture. You're only one out of hundreds of thousands.

I've placed 4 orders in 5 months, 3 this month, no issues with any of them. I'm going to place another today whilst the 15% promo is active. Can't beat these prices any time of the year.

I just PMed you with the one time use unique code and it's only good for 24 hours. Looks like it will stack on the web page. Oh well, I already bought it so it's too late for me. Let me know if you will not be using it so others can use it.

I have not had a bad experience with acme and I have placed around 10-15 orders over the years. I've had problems with amazon, walmart, ebay, lowes, home depot, ... just about all of them. EVERYONE will have their share of issues with different vendors and brands. It's just math. No one or no company is ever %100.

If you have a company that sells 100 widgets a year then most likely you would have a very very high customer service rating.

If you have a company that 100,000 widgets a year, then you will start to see a myriad of complaints.

Also, when trying to clear up the error or the issue, the way that specific customer service employee deals with the error or issue may NOT be the way that issue is supposed to be dealt with... just remember that.

I'd buy from Acme again if I knew where people were getting the %15 coupon from. lol

I'd buy from Acme over home depot any day. I've had loads of issues with home depot and never had a problem ordering from Acme.

Gotta love the super biased ACME mafia here. Yeah, you're right most people would like to deal with ACME a company most haven't heard of instead of Home Depot a store EVERYONE is familiar of.

Yeap, when 1/2 your orders at ACME are backordered, especially the bogo's, I guess we were all just making stuff up. lol

You referenced both of those review sites as the reason for others not to shop at Acme. How is it super biased to point out you were wrong and your suggested store is even worse by your own metrics. Now your criteria is people should not want to deal with a company EVERYONE hasn't heard of. It does look like you succeeded in scaring people away from Acme however. The Home Depot mafia strikes again.

Math is not biased. The review scores for Acme, from the sites that you chose to highlight, are significantly better than what those sites report for Home Depot, the store that you are choosing over them.

Why deride one store over poor reviews, but champion a store that, by the same metric, is so much worse?

I mean, the drawers sag and rub when you put too much weight in them, too.. but that's a hard problem to solve without either blowing up either weight constraints or the price for consumers.
Given these are crazy expensive plastic drawers, I'm pretty sure the margins could afford a little more robustness in the design.
